Running ULC samples requires that you have a Java 2 capable machine that has TCPIP configured. It is not necessary to be connected to the net when running ULC applications locally though TCPIP must be available even when running samples on the same machine.

If you have the Java Plug-in or Java Web Start already installed on your machine you can immediately connect to the available samples running at revasoft.com.
